I'll stamp all over 'legitimate fighter' Jake Paul - Joshua

Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul face-off

The British boxer prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight-bout fight which will be streamed live on Netflix.

Briton Joshua said he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "defeat" the American as the two fighters met personally to build hype for next month's bout.

Former two-time world boxing king Anthony Joshua meets social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, theoretically, a mammoth disparity - at Miami Kaseya Center on December 19th.

Fighter's Mentality

"I'm going to break his face and damage his physique. I'm here to prove my superiority," Joshua, 35 years old, declared.

"I'll stamp all over him. That's how fighters think.

"I will seriously aim to cause him pain. That's my goal."

Civil Interaction

Despite those words, a calm Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - usually known for his dramatics - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.

Paul rather criticized former Joshua opponent the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "ridiculous" after Ngannou turned down a match opportunity.

Taking Aim at Fury

Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, targeted UK rival Fury - and refused a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul victory.

"Jake Paul outshines Tyson Fury - he's present here," the boxer said.

"I give him credit for that."

Serious Opponent

In spite of stating he plans to damage his opponent, Joshua refused to comment unfavorably about his rival's fighting skills.

"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he said.

Paul's Background

Jake Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has primarily boxed MMA fighters or declining opponents since entering professional boxing.

He was defeated by British fighter Tommy Fury in 2023.

Commercial Success

However, the novice is still one of boxing's biggest commercial attractions, frequently receiving substantial earnings.

Prediction and Belief

The 28-year-old forecast a stoppage in rounds four or five and asserted he would stop the long-awaited match between Joshua and Fury, which is apparently being planned for 2026.

"The next fight will be my match with Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul stated.

Size Disparity

As the two fighters met for the usual stare-down, with their height and weight contrast on show, it highlighted just how improbable this complete situation is - and how amazing it is that the fight is truly proceeding.
